Decompilations on Android

A decompilation is a fan project that rebuilds a game's source code by studying the original program. The goal is code that compiles back into the exact same game. It's a bit like rewriting a recipe by carefully tasting the finished dish, then baking it again to make sure it matches.

Once that code exists, porting it to Android gets a lot easier. And these ports often pick up things the original never had, like widescreen support or higher frame rates.

But the code is only half of it. Decompilations don't include the art, music or levels, so you'll need files from your own copy of the game. Each game page explains how to get them.
