Original Dev: Nintendo EAD
Port Maintainer(s): TheM3dium, chasem-dev, doldecomp
Asset Requirement: User-Supplied Retail Assets Required

Overview & Highlights

Built from the reverse-engineered doldecomp/sms C++ source code, Mareshine brings Isle Delfino natively to Android. It incorporates a tailored OpenGL ES 3 mobile renderer, asynchronous shader compilation to eliminate hitching, widescreen 16:9 FOV, and up to 120 FPS unlocked framerate options.

  1. Obtain a clean dump of your GameCube retail disc (GMSE01 Rev 0 or European release).
  2. Install the Mareshine APK on your Android device.
  3. Launch the app and point the asset extractor to your .iso or .gcm disc image.
  4. Wait for audio streams and game assets to extract into the application data directory.
  5. Select your desired target framerate (30/60/120 FPS) and launch.

Hardware Compatibility & Driver Notes

Optimized OpenGL ES 3 pipeline works flawlessly on standard Qualcomm Adreno, ARM Mali, and PowerVR drivers. Turnip drivers are not required.

Controls & Input Setup

Includes an adaptive touch layout editor with analog FLUDD pressure toggles. Full support for Bluetooth gamepads (Xbox, DualSense, Switch Pro) with analog trigger sensitivity.
